RLeaguez End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between you and RLeaguez governing your use of the RLeaguez mobile and web applications (the “App”). By creating an account, accepting this EULA, or using the App, you agree to be bound by it. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. License Grant

RLeaguez grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial league and event management, subject to this EULA. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the App.

2. User-Generated Content

The App lets you create content such as team, organization, and tournament names, descriptions, and images. You are solely responsible for content you submit and must have the rights to it. You retain ownership of your content but grant RLeaguez a license to host and display it within the App.

3. Objectionable Content — Zero Tolerance

There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. Objectionable content includes, but is not limited to: content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, threatening, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, or sexually explicit; content depicting or promoting violence, self-harm, or illegal activity; and spam, impersonation, or infringement of others’ rights. You agree not to create, upload, or share such content, and not to harass, bully, or abuse other users.

4. Reporting, Blocking, and Removal

You can report objectionable content or abusive users from within the App, and you can block other users so their content is hidden from you. RLeaguez reviews reports and will act on objectionable content and abusive users — including removing content and suspending or terminating accounts — typically within 24 hours of a report. Submitted text is also filtered for profanity at the time it is created.

5. Suspension and Termination

RLeaguez may remove content and suspend or permanently terminate the account of any user who violates this EULA, with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time from the App’s account settings.

6. Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. RLeaguez does not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RLeaguez is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App or from content submitted by users.

8. Changes to this EULA

We may update this EULA from time to time. Material changes will require you to review and accept the updated agreement before continuing to use the App.
